Bring the whole family for a fun-filled and free day of fishing and other outdoor experiences at Horseshoe Lake Park!

Community mentors will help guide your child in the art of fishing, instilling a love of the sport to enjoy for many years to come!

About the Park

Horseshoe Lake Park, located in Woodland, WA, is a Park that offers outdoor recreation and nature preservation. A public space open to the general public, the Park offers open spaces under the maintenance of the Woodland Parks Department.  This 6.5-acre park is located on the north bank of Horseshoe Lake. Horseshoe Lake Park is the largest developed city park in Woodland. It is used for community events such as Planter’s Days, Farmer’s Market, and the annual Fish Derby and Easter Egg Hunt, hosted by the Moose Lodge.

Facilities include a covered picnic area that can be rented, gazebo, covered “clogger’s” pad, open lawn space for field games, playgrounds, parking facilities, restrooms and is the home to the Rolling Freedom Skate Park. Hoffmann Memorial Plaza is adjacent to the park.
